Escape the City

avis de recherche site.jpg

For budding detectives:

Lost Story

But where

has passed

Maca

What a tragedy, the iconic figure of our city has disappeared! You can well guess who we're talking about?

Of course, our Maca. A born detective, this mission is for you. Help us find him.

You will be handsomely rewarded. A chest full of treasures awaits you at VisitWavre... if you find the Macaclé!

The principle of Escape the City is very simple. Think of it as a modern treasure hunt with the addition of numerous puzzles to solve in order to progress through the game and thus succeed in the mission entrusted to you.

We offer three different versions:

For Adventurers:

Thunderbolt

on the city of Maca

Wavre, a charming little town in Walloon Brabant, where time seems to stand still. Some are out shopping, others enjoying a sweet treat, and still others are strolling. The day is off to a good start. Suddenly, a flash of light strikes the top of the Town Hall. Everything freezes for a brief moment. Then, nothing is the same. With blank stares, the people of Wavre regain consciousness, but a terrible amnesia has gripped the population. Who are they? Where do they come from?

The city of Maca has fallen victim to an evil spell. We need your help to delve into the city's past, revisit different eras, and piece together history to save the Macas and help them regain their memories. Allow at least 3 hours to complete the challenge!

Accessibility

People of all ages can participate, but we do not recommend the game for

Children under 6 years old, as the puzzles are not suitable for younger children.

Plan for between 3 and 6 “active” participants for a better experience.

Strollers are not a problem, but the game is difficult for unaccompanied disabled people to access due to the route and the distance to travel.

Booking details

Escape the City games are available year-round, by reservation only. The game is best played in the morning or early afternoon. It is also possible to borrow the equipment on Friday evening and return it on Monday for those who cannot play during the week.

€3 per participant aged 6 and over.

A deposit of €50 in cash and a copy of an identity card will be required for the loan of the equipment.
