The Wavre carnival has become a real tradition in the city of Maca!

For an entire weekend, the city is adorned in its most beautiful colors to celebrate the

spring. Saturday is reserved for the little ones with the children's carnival. Sunday is

reserved for the parade, in the city center, composed of numerous carnival groups from

Limal, from Bierges, from all corners of Belgium, and even sometimes from France. The group

The Gilles du Maca, expected to attend, then invite everyone to the final round dance and the Grand Fire, for the greatest

pleasure for the people of Wavre and day visitors.
